On your first visit you can expect to:
- Meet our staff and tour the office
- Have an examination of your teeth and gums, including any necessary dental x-rays
- Talk about your current dental health and concerns
- Start planning that best way to meet your oral health goals
Please bring your dental insurance information to your first appointment. Generally, payment for our services is due at the time of the appointment. Once we have a better understanding of your benefits, then we will only ask for your patient portion the day of your appointment. While we accept most dental benefit packages as an out-of-network provider, we find that benefit carriers still cover a good amount.
The following insurances are not routinely filed at our office: Medicare, Medicaid, and BadgerCare.
Your time is very valuable to us. Unless there is an emergency situation, you can expect us to be on time for you. We also appreciate if you were on time for us. If you cannot make it to your scheduled appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice in advance.
